We are located at 1307 2nd Street Suite B in Marble Falls, Texas. All orders are sent from this address.

Shipping: We offer Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all orders over $100 in the US. You may choose to upgrade your shipping method for the additional fee provided by the carrier based on your address. Orders placed before 3:00pm Central Standard Time will be shipped the same business day, with the exception of out of stock items, or if a conflict with your shipping or payment method is unresolved at the end of the business day. Orders placed AFTER 3:00 pm Central Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, nor does UPS deliver to PO Boxes.

International Customers: Due to increased regulations on international shipments of various products, we are no longer shipping orders outside of the United States.

Returns/ Exchanges: All product lines are returnable only if unopened and unused within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. A handling fee of $5.00 will be charged for all returns. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Beautycheap.com.

If returning an item(s), you must include all parts, pieces and printed materials in order to be eligible for a refund. Also, to ensure that your returns are received by Beautcheap.com, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service.

Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Beautycheap.com or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Due to individual manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to accept returns on specific products. Clearance items are not returnable. Please call for the return policy for Jane Iredale and Obagi products.

For authorization to obtain a refund, call toll free 1-877-898-5299. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made.
