C-Balancing Toner is formulated for combination to oily skin to regulate sebum production for a healthfully hydrated, matte finish. The pH-balancing action restores the skin’s acid mantle for improved clarity and reduced pore size. Witch hazel and aloe provide antiseptic and soothing benefits so skin is left protected, calm and prepped.

After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face. Do not rinse off.
