Application:
1. Remove plastic safety seal from the cylinder and remove the lid.
2. Remove one stick from the cylinder and hold the end with the blue ring up.
3. Bend the marked end of the swab until it snaps to release the eye makeup remover; remove and discard the tip.
4. Allow all of the liquid to flow to the opposite end and fully absorb into the cotton swab.
5. Apply to the eye lid and lashes to remove eye makeup and mascara; discard after use. (Highly recommended for removing makeup smudges below the eye following treatments.)
6. Repeat on other eye.
